PROGRAMS
  • Campaign for access to productive resources including land to the tiller by eliminating feudal land ownership system.

  • Campaign to register all the grant land and trust land (guthi, birta, kipat & rajauta land) in the name of the tiller.

  • Campaign for legal registration provision of land and abolition of dual ownership in favor of tiller peasants.

  • Campaign for elimination of feudal and semi-colonial exploitation, actions against corrupt and immoral officials.

  • Campaign to end unjust compound interest and higher rates of usury.

  •  Campaign for easier availability of agro-loans at affordable interest rate and set remunerative pricing of the farm products.

  •  Campaign for scientific testing of the soil and encourage agriculture maping.

  •  Campaign to exempt all Kamaiya, ploughing men and bonded labor from all default loans.

  • Campaign to eradicate peasants illiteracy and aware them of their rights and responsibilities.

  •  Launching awareness raising campaigns and programs among all minorities and less privileged sections of the populace.

  •  Development of agro forestry and protection of environment Organize movements and campaigns for genuine agrarian reforms.

  •  Campaign for food sovereignty and genuine food security.

  •  Campaign for sustainable agricultural development Conduct research on various issues.
  • Rallies/Mobilizations/Demonstrations (nationwide and local level)

  • Mass meetings (National and reginal and local level)

  • Sharing of experiences with the local peasants activists and communities

  • Meetings/discussion with the various governmental agencies in National and local level

  • Agricultural exhibitions (National and Local levels)

  • Organize conferences, seminars and workshops on various issues (international, national and local level)

  • Training to peasant activists on their rights and responsibilities

  • Awareness building campaign among peasants and local communities

  • Meetings with the international/ intergovernmental organisations including FAO

  • Interaction with NGOs/CSOs working on land, water, seed, forest, food security and food sovereignty

  • Interaction with press and media on peasant and agricultural issues

  • Interaction between and among various wings of ANPA
